From The Plough we head along Ford Manor Road joining the drive to Greathed Manor. At Dairy House Farm we head South through Dairy Wood climbing to Burn Pit Farm. We join the private road to Dry Hill Farm with views to the Chart Hills and the North Downs beyond. At Dry Hill Farm we join the Vanguard Way and head downhill passing through the Old Plantation until we reach Starborough Castle and Starborough Manor. Here we leave the Vanguard Way heading West to Starborough Farm and then Southwest back to The Plough.
