This walk may be a little short for seasoned walkers. However on the same day & starting from the same car park in Penmaen at 10:00, I will lead another 5 mile walk around Great Tor, Nicholaston Woods & Cefn Bryn. Thus there should be 30 minutes lunch at Penmaen, before this walk starts. Hence a total of 9 miles of walking is available on the day.

Note the cark park will be busy & it is also grassy & muddy. Please be sure to park your with the driving wheels on the grass otherwise you may become stuck

Driving from Swansea take the A4118 through Parkmill & go up the wooded hill. Once out of the woods a caravan & camping site will become obvious on your left. Slow down & take the next right passing in front of St John the Baptist Church. Follow the narrow lane over a cattle grid where a sharp right turn takes you to the car park.
