A 4.5-mile walk.  Mainly flat, through farmland and countryside.  Visiting the home of Amy Johnson, a tudor cottage known as Monks Straithe, the oldest building in the town and is said to date back to the time of Henry VIII.  There will be a ‘banana break’ so bring a snack and opportunity for sustenance at the Crew Café at the end
