We are the Mid Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is a generally level walk that uses downland tracks and field paths. We walk along the Herepath and then onto the Ridgeway. We return via Fyfield Down where there are ancient sarsen stones.
It will be muddy. Sticks or poles will be useful.
Bring refreshments for one stop.
Dogs are at the leader's discretion.

Meet and park at the car park close to Manton House Estate. This is off the A4, to the west of Marlborough, signed Manton, House and Hollow. Follow the single lane road for a mile and turn left at the 'Byway' sign
