We start with a climb up to Seaford Head and then follow the winding river to Alfriston with a visit to the White Horse on the way. A stint on the South Downs Way is followed by rolling fields descending to the fantastically named Poverty Bottom and then we pass through Bishopstone to finish on the beach at Seaford.
