Overview

From the carpark we head off to Wildboarclough, past Lower Nabs Farm, Haddon Farm before reaching Ridgegate where we will pause for a pint at Leather's Smithy. We'll then walk along Ridgegate reservoir, into Macclesfield Forest, finishing the walk up and over Shutlingsloe. A mixed terrain of paths, tracks and country lanes. Lunch required
