Overview

This is a moderate walk. We shall meet at Southease Youth hostel, walk through Southease Village, follow the Southdowns Way, before turning off towards Rodmell. We shall return along the river to the Youth Hostel, where is a cafe.

A train leaves Brighton Station at 9.36am arriving at Southease at 10.06. Please wear sturdy boots, there are some stiles. Sticks are recommended -it may be quite slippery underfoot. Please bring a snack and a drink for a coffee break.
