Overview

The walk starts at St Ishmaels Sports Club and following a short walk to the coast  path then heads in a westerly direction to Monk Haven . From the stoney small bay we head towards the Gann Estuary . Please note the beach section is a mixture of large and small stones so care is needed.
From the estuary we head inland walking through pastures and the roads back to the village of St Ishmaels . There is an option of a further two miles in an easterly direction  along the coast path returning on county roads.
