We are the Shrewsbury Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular hike at the south end of The Stiperstones. The walk will follow much improved footpaths at Knolls Farm and eventually ascend Linley Hill with extensive views of The Long Mynd and an encounter with the famous avenue of Linley beech trees on the Shropshire Way. We will follow hillside footpaths, quiet country lanes and woodland areas, returning via The Rock and Brookshill which will provide westerly views to the Corndon Hill area. There are a few steep sections giving around 1,200 ft of ascent/descent. Book with leader by text or WhatsApp, no emails please.
