Heading south along this section of rugged Pembrokeshire Coastpath to Pwll Deri before turning inland towards the hamlets of Harmony and Rhosycaerau. Quiet neglnected paths then lead over Carn Gelli and Carn Gowil. Past Lady's Gate is moorland and bog before rejoining the coastpath at Porth Sychan and the return to Strumble Head.

Apart from excellent views, there are a number of archaeloegical features on the route and other places of interest.

The car park above the lookout shelter at Strumble Head. There is additional parking further along the lane.
