Overview

From Pontardawe, we walk along the Swansea Canal, (where you may see a Kingfisher), to Ynysmeudwy.

Then up through Alltycham Woods to Llangiwg Church for lunch, (one steepish, rocky path).

We then descend towards Rhyd-y-Fro before returning through woodland to Pontardawe.
