If you are a Ramblers member, please bring your membership card. You MUST text or ring the leader to BOOK a place. You should not join the walk unless you have received a verbal CONFIRMATION or a TEXT.
This is an old favourite of mine but this time we will do it in an anti-clockwise direction. Owlpen Manor is our first objective. A wonderful 12 century manor house with even older historic records. What a view we get when walking through the gardens. We continue through the estate to rise through Ruin Wood to the South Lodge. The walk takes us through the wedding venue at Kingscote Barn and on to Hill Barn. The next destinations are Horsley Wood, Horsley village and our lunch stop. Fully refreshed we drop into the Miry Valley and head to Nympsfield and back to Uley. Please bring a packed lunch
