We will walk through the village and look at some of the buildings and learn a little of their history as we walk by. We will then follow some footpaths around the village, possibly heading for the River Colne via Swan Road or walking across some nearby fields. Exact route to be decided on the day depending on the weather and ground conditions. It may be muddy in places so good footwear is essential. There is an opportunity for coffee at Costa or similar after the walk. This is a joint walk with Slough U3A.
Meet in the free parking area for Iver Recreation Ground, signposted for Saxon Court and Recreation Ground from the High Street B470 (It's by the zebra crossing nearly opposite Iver Junior School) If travelling by public transport the meeting place is on the Beeline 3 bus route from Slough to Uxbridge.
