Join us for a lovely, varied walk around the Forge Valley.From the start point we will climb into lovely woodland in the Forge Valley then descend to Wrench Green.Another climb takes us into Greengate Woods after views of Hackness Hall.We descend once again to Mowthorpe Farm then a short stretch along the sea cut.Another climb takes us into Raincliffe Woods and across Irton Moor before returning to the start.
Park in West Ayton along the bridge then meet outside the library to start the walk. The walk is locally graded Moderate Plus.
