Overview

This is a circular Downland walk. From the Red Hill car park we wander across the re- wilded Waterhall nature reserve to Sweet Hill and then follow Sussex Border path to Saddlescombe. Steep climb up to Newtimber hill with magnificent views then loop back to Saddlescombe. We continue along the Summer Down path looking over Devils Dyke and return to our starting point on a path through the Dyke Golf Course and open fields.

We will meet in the Red Hill car park in Devil's Dyke Road, on your right, just after the turn off from the A27 at the Devil's Dyke interchange.
