Overview

Manifold Way-Thors Cave-Wetton- Castern Wood Nature Reserve-Castern Hall-Throwley Hall-Beeston Tor Farm-Weag's Bridge.

A Combination of former railway track, fields and quiet lanes.  Gaiters recommended.  Walking poles if desired.

At 7.4 miles a slightly shorter duration than usual for one of our Sunday Walsk, but this allows time to explore the ruins at Throwley Hall and take our time climbing the steps to Thors Cave.
