A walk around Portland (the Isle of Slingers in Hardy’s The Well Beloved) on coastal cliff-top paths and tracks starting down the eastern side of the island and returning along the western side.
Stunning views in all directions if clear.
Lunch near the lighthouse. Stone can be slippery if wet. No shade if hot!
