Overview

Fairly level walk to our coffee stop in Shere. Steady ascent then up to, partly, the North Downs Way and again level walking. Slightly steeper descent from Hackhurst Downs back to The Roughs. A small amount of lane and road walking. No stiles or livestock. Mostly shady woodland. 936ft total ascent. Bring extra snacks.
