Overview

This is an easy walk from Wheldrake to York via Escrick and the cycle path to Askham Bar. The walk is mostly flat and on good tracks and some field paths. There is one stile. There is the opportunity for shortening the walk at Escrick where there are frequent buses back to York or at Bishopthorpe where the buses are less frequent but there are pubs and a cafe. No dogs please
