We are the Ramblers group for eastern Carmarthenshire. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Following fieldpaths from the beach, passing farms and cottages, we climb up towards Penberi - extensive views of the coast and peninsula- and a scramble to the top for those who want to ! Then back along the coast path to St Davids headland, exploring the ancient stones and hut circles, and finally back down to sea level at Whitesands
The coast path is quite stony with ups and downs - but nothing too difficult. There are a couple of stiles.
