Overview

The walk will start from Witley and will gradually ascend to the Hydon's Ball view point in the Surrey Hills.  We will then descend through heathland and woodland to field tracks, then we will ascend to a long ridge before arriving at Hambledon Post Office and Tea Room.  We will be treated to far reaching views and vistas throughout the walk.  The walk has several short ascents and there are likely to be some short patches of mud, especially if we have had recent wet weather.
