Overview

A walk through Ecclesall, Poynton and Gillfield Woods, then uphill via Fanshaw Gate Lane to Storth House, before descending to Gillfield Wood again, and on to Totley, finishing near Cross Scythes pub.

Some break-off points up to half way. After that some ascent and descent, some mud, stiles.

Catch no. 65 bus from Sheffield Interchange stand D2 at 9.35. Leader will get on bus at Banner Cross. Walk starts from Ecclesall Rd/Limb Lane bus stop at 10.00am.
