Overview

This moderate walk takes in some of the most iconic sections of the beautifull Gower coastline.  We start our walk From Rhossili  car park making our way to Mewslade Bay via the village of Middleton. From Mewslade we follow the coast path to Worms Head via Fall Bay, Rhossili and Devil's Bridge. Weather permitting we will take lunch on the Worm before climbing back down and returning to the start of our walk.

Fitness wise this walk is classed as moderate walking, however it does become technical particularly when crossing the causeway at the very low tide onto the Worm. Also there is a small amount of scrambling up onto the Worms Head. For this reason walking boots in good condition are required for support and grip. A short section maybe 40mts of very narrow path exists along the coast near Mewslade. An alternative route will be taken to avoid it for anyone feeling too nervous to cross it. Dogs are welcome but owners need to be aware that the causeway can expose sharp barnacle covered rocks. Again dogs will need to be kept on a lead when near to livestock.
