Overview

20-30 minutes, friendly walk around Box Tree Park. You can also chose to enjoy a free 60 minutes session of gentle tai-chi after the walk led by the Harrow Weald Tai Chi Group.

It is best to arrive at least 10 minutes early as the walks leave promptly.  Walk volunteers usually wear a hi-vis vest or backpack so that they are easily identifiable.  

If it's your first ever walk with the Harrow Health Walks, you will need to complete a walker registration form. You can sign up and fill in our form ahead of time on www.harrow.gov.uk/walk
