- Arrive at Lower Slaughter, a quintessential Cotswold village known for its 18th-century mill. Take some time to explore the village.
- Continue on the footpath to Upper Slaughter, another charming village with traditional Cotswold architecture.
- Pause for a break ☕ and consider stopping at a local pub in either Upper or Lower Slaughter for a hot drink.
- Follow the circular route back to Bourton on the Water, taking a different path to experience more of the rural scenery.
