Overview

An urban walk designed to show you some of the delights of Nottingham, ones you might well miss on just a shopping trip! The route takes us amongst others to Weekday Cross, St Mary's Church, the Lace Market, the Castle, the stunning Arboretum and the Park. We return via the Nottingham Canal.

Meeting point is the main concourse at Nottingham railway station. Parking available Queen's Road, Nottingham or at Park and Ride car parks. Travel from there by tram (£3.50 all-day ticket). Travel by train also possible ( we will wait for arrival of train from Matlock, arrives 10.19.)
