Explore the Countryside to the West of Alton on quiet lanes, tracks and footpaths, passing through parkland, farmland and woods. We will have a snack break overlooking the Watercress Line where we hope to see a steam train. We will also keep and eye out for any wildlife on route and enjoy the countryside views

Be prepared for mud and dress appropriately for the forecasted weather. Bring sufficient drink snacks and lunch. There are no facilities at the start or on the walk but there is a pub in Medstead at the end.
