Overview

An afternoon tour of Ackender and Bushy Leaze Woods. See the woodland bursting into life and enjoy the carpet of bluebells.

The walk starts and finishes at Alton Sports Centre, and is part of the Alton Walking Festival programme.

Following a short, moderate climb up into the woods, the route will take us around Bushy Leaze and Ackender Woods. The route is undulating and there will be tree roots to look out for. There are no stiles.
