Overview

Park and meet in Firstwood Street car park, off Welsh Row in Nantwich. Parking should be free on a Sunday.

We will walk up Welsh Row to the Shropshire Union canal, along the towpath to Acton Bridge, then through Dorfold Hall estate to Marsh Lane road, on footpaths to Edleston Bridge. Along the canal to Green Lane Bridge, through fields to Nantwich pool and the river Weaver and back through town, enjoying the Elizabethan buildings, to our starting point.
