We are the New Mills Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk goes past Bamford Mill, crossing the valley to a track along through woods to Ladybower Dam. Crossing the dam & then climbing up via paths to Bamford Edge, where there are good views! Following along the Edge then down back to Bamford, via paths and road, steepish in places.

Bamford, parking carefully in the road called Mytham Bridge, which is opposite Bamford Station, across the road. Those going direct to the start to please contact the leader in case of any late changes.
