Overview

Binsey is one of Wainwight’s Outlying Fells but, despite its modest height, its location means that the 360 degree views from the summit are quite spectacular  -  North Cumbria, Eastern and Central Fells and Scotland over the Solway coast. After the initial main ascent the route around Binsey is gently undulating giving a different perspective on the Northern Fells.
