Ascending across fields and then along Black Brook before heading uphill to join the Gritstone Trail onto Sponds Hill and Bowstones. Then descending into Lyme Park, exiting through the West Gate and on to Pott Shrigley and back. Risk assessment: Walking across fields and tracks and some road walking.
