Across fields, through woodland and along quiet lanes to Rixton Claypits nature reserve. Back through Rixton and Hollins Green to the start.  Risk assessment: largely flat but some short flights of steps in the nature reserve. May be muddy in places especially through woodland, tree roots underfoot.  Four stiles. Insect repellent recommended.
