We are the Ramblers Northampton. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

The walk starts from Bugbrooke where we will join The Grand Union Canal to Nether Heyford and then through Upper Heyford to Nobottle. We will then head to Harpole via Glassthorpe Hill with its panoramic views of open countryside. Lunch will be at The Live and Let Live pub in Harpole after which we will return to Bugbrooke after passing through Kislingbury
This walk takes in canal life, open countryside and villages and is mainly off road with only a couple of stiles.
Although The Live and Let Live is a pub they will also be serving tea and coffees, bacon/sausage rolls a selection of sandwiches/toasties as well as jacket potatoes.
Park in the car park next to St Michael's Church, Bugbrooke otherwise park considerately nearby
