This is a linear walk that begins in Shorwell, where we park. From there (Russell Road) it is a short walk to the Crown, to get the 9.46 bus to Brighstone where the actual walk begins. The bus will stop at Casses Close, which is the stop just after the shops in Brighstone.
From there we walk down to the coastal path, which we go along to Shepherds Chine, then return back via Samber Hill to the village. There are some really stunning views (on a clear day) and close ups of the cliffs. You will need to bring a drink and maybe food.
New walkers welcome. If you are new to the Ramblers you can just turn up for any of our walks, unless we specify otherwise. We invite you to come along for three walks as a non-member.
