Overview

Walk from the historic Carreg Cennen Castle down through woods and up onto western fringe of the Black Mountain. Then along ridge to Tair Carn Uchaf, enjoying views across to the castle or towards the sea, to the end of ridge. Then following roads and paths with a detour to the source of the Loughor river and back up to the castle
