A delightful walk which takes in different views and environments and avoids muddy paths and tracks. We'll be starting at The Bold Dragoon pub in Weston Favell Village and walking through the village to the Northampton Washlands. We'll be doing a circuit of the Washlands and taking a short break at the Canoe Centre cafe before making our way back to Weston Favell and our starting point.
We'll be walking on firm paths and tracks. Although our walk will take us through an urban setting there are lots of interesting things to see en route. We'll be taking a refreshment break at the Canoe Centre and there will be the opportunity to have lunch at the Bold Dragoon after the walk. Parking is available at The Bold Dragoon for those wishing to stay for a drink or lunch. Otherwise there is on-road parking in the area.
