Overview

The north of the Gower is an area not as popular with visitors as the south coast, take the opportunity to join the walk as you will travel along the Loughor river travelling towards the estuary.  The walk will take you along a section to the coastal path, visiting an open air gym everyone on the walk will have to use one piece of gym equipment. We will visit Llanmadoc Hill ridge, an iron age hill fort, a pack horse bridge and the oldest inhabited house in the Gower
