This is a day trip to the Cotswold area of Broadway, Chipping Campden and Moreton in Marsh. We will do two separate linear walks of different lengths. The longer walk will be about 12 miles and the shorter walk will be about 7.5 miles.
The cost of the trip will £25 to cover the coach cost. Details of payment will be sent to you and will need to be paid by the end of February if possible.
You will need to bring a packed lunch and although we will be passing through areas with refreshments, there might not be much time to stop for long, especially if you choose the longer walk.
There will be cafes and pubs for food and drink at the end of the walk in Moreton in Marsh.
We will meet at the Tesco Extra car park, Park Road, Loughborough, LE11 2EX The coach will take us to the Cotswold area. We will first drop off the longer walkers in Broadway they will then set off to follow the route to the famous Broadway Tower and then make their way to Chipping Campden. They will then follow the scenic route towards Broad Campden, Blockley and on to Moreton in Marsh. The walkers on the shorter walk will be taken by coach to Chipping Campden, where they will follow the same route at a more leisurely pace.
