Overview

We will meet at the Ferry (old landing stage) at Cremyll before heading off alongside Millbrook Lake.  Just before entering Millbrook we take the steep climb to the main road.  Cross the road and head along Hat Lane, down over Forder Hill, meeting the SW Coast Path.  We head to Rame Head where we can stop for a tea break. We will then follow the coast path to Cawsand where we can have lunch and then back to the Ferry landing stage or car park.
