Overview

We will start at the bottom of Cwmcelyn Lakes and gradually ascend to reach the wind turbines above Blaentillery Farm. We then head to Cefn Coch, before descending to Cwm Celyn and onwards to Cwmcelyn Ponds.  We will then climb back up to Cefn Coch and then walk across Mynydd James before descending through Coed Castellau and back to Cwmcelyn Lakes.

The valleys are delightful and the landscape is very open on Cefn Coch and Mynydd James.  If the weather is kind, the views will be panoramic.
