Overview

A circular route via Litchborough, Church Stowe, Heyford and Pattishall using part of the Knightley Way and a short section of the Grand Union Canal. The countryside is undulating with almost 1000 feet of ascent on the route.
There will be a lunchtime pub stop in Heyford where it's ok to eat our own packed lunch if buying a drink.
The pace will be around 3mph.
