This is a pleasant 8.5 mile walk on a variety of tracks in Devilla Forest taking in 3 lochs and the Tulliallan Police College grounds. The walk goes through a rhododendron arch and hopefully this will be at or near its best.
The start is at the main Devilla Forest Car Park off the A985 at 10. This car park can get busy so please car share and consider blocking in the cars of other ramblers.
If it has been wet, some paths might be muddy. When the walk was done in November, there was one stream that could only be crossed by using a short plank and a fallen tree to be climbed over but all of us present then managed these with no problem.
