Overview

An undulating walk involving some short but steep ascents/descents. We leave Bakewell for Over Haddon with a gentle ascent. Then down into Lathkill Dale to see if we can spot any dippers. The short section of Cales Dale ends with a climb onto the Limestone Way which leads us close to Middleton by Youlgrave. Down into Bradford Dale for a level river section through Alport to Conksbury bridge. Then upwards through farmland and fields to Bakewell.
