A linear walk to Deal Station led by Jane R (Mobile No: 07906 987503) on behalf of Joanne J. A lovely coastal walk along the White Cliffs of Dover with fine views. Lunch stop at St Margaret's Bay overlooking the beach near 'The Coastguard' pub but best to bring picnic as food service can be very slow. And then finishing in the historic town of Deal where you may want tea before the journey back. A couple of hills otherwise fairly level. Joint walk with Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Group. Dover Priory Station (HS1 train from St Pancras International at 09:07 (Ramsgate service), calling at Stratford International at 09:14 or (cheaper but slower) train from Victoria at 08:10 (Dover Priory service), calling at Bromley South at 08:27 and arriving at Dover Priory at 10:08)
