Eastbourne to Seaford, The Seven Sisters

A classic walk along the South Downs Way taking in the rolling hills of the Seven Sisters.

Please bring a packed lunch. Drinking water, toilets and additional refreshments available at Birling Gap and Exceat along the route. Opportunity for a swim at Seaford at the end of the walk  for those brave enough.

Take the 9:24 from London Victoria (9:30 Clapham Junction, 9:40 East Croydon), arr. Eastbourne 10:51. Buy return to Eastbourne. A single from Seaford to Lewes may be required on return.
