We're kicking off this year's series of summer evening walks starting and ending from a pub! With the option to stay for dinner afterwards.
Revisiting one from 2022, Beth has arranged a walk from the famous Royal Standard of Beaconsfield, one of (if not the) oldest pub in Britain and scenes of films such as Hot Fuzz and the Theory of Everything.
If you are wanting to eat after the walk, please arrive by 18:15 latest to pre-order your food.
If you're just joining us for the walk and maybe a drink after please arrive by 18:30 latest, when we will set off promptly.
The walk itself takes us through the picturesque countryside around Forty Green, taking advantage of the long evenings. The walk is gentle with a few small inclines.
Once we're back, we can sit down and enjoy a lovely meal at the pub. To manage numbers this walk is limited to 20 people.
Plenty of parking available at the pub.
