Overview

Starting from the village of Wouldham we follow the Medway Valley Walk south before turning north east to the village of Eccles. From Eccles we follow a meandering route ascending until we reach the site of Kit's Coty, a megalithic tomb. From Kit's Coty we continue our ascent until we reach the viewpoint on Blue Bell Hill, where we will stop for lunch.

After lunch we follow a woodland track along the North Downs Way for some time before turning north west, downhill to Wouldham Marshes. We then largely follow the river back to our start point.
