We are the Plymouth Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Catching the 10.24 train from Plymouth to Gunnislake (and intermediate stations) for a beautiful Tamar Valley journey, we'll then head off out of the village , through lanes and fields and down the Danescombe Valley to Cotehele Woods stopping en route for snacks, lunch. Climbing up through the woods we head back down to Cotehele Quay for play and cake/ice cream before following the river back to Calstock to catch 15.26 train home.
7.50 adult. 3.75 child but 1/3 off with railcard and groupsave if boarding at the same station.
