Overview

A walk along the coastpath from Rame Head to Cawsand, visiting Queen Adelaide's grotto en route, for packed lunch (or pasties and chips from the Cove) and beach play/swim. Following paths through fields to Polhawn for our second beach visit to Polhawn Cove for rock pools/swim before continuing along the coastpath back to Rame Head (and up to the chapel if you still have the energy!)
